Abstract
This goals of this presentation are: to appreciate glaucoma as a sight-threatening condition; to recognize the risk factors of glaucoma; to provide a background to glaucoma, and describe the assessment and management of glaucoma patients; and to equip the family physician to be able to diagnose glaucoma, and refer appropriately.
