Abstract
The Editors illustrate how COVID-19 has made visible inequities in our society, especially the devastating impact of the pandemic on residents of long-term care homes across the world. Yet the impact of this inequity on women aged 65 years or older is missing because fundamental sex and age data are often not reported, leaving older women largely invisible.
